Three thematically organised skyscrapers - education, production and recreation - enable the creation of a new neighborhood, without compromising the existing infrastructure. Urban squares, bicycle and pedestrian paths, sports and play landscapes emerge, allowing people to meander along the green islands.

The themes of the ‘green islands’ and ‘living in a greenhouse’ not only shape the character of the district, but also the internal organization of the buildings. Open floor plans bring the greenhouse into the living spaces, allowing access to private gardens. Each tower offers different living, greenhouses and semi-public spaces that can be combined with commercial, recreational, educational and production programs.

Square wooden grilles over the windows found in the greenhouses bring its atmosphere into all different aspects of the apartments. The open floor plans grant the feeling of living or working in the greenhouse all year round. Residents would experience a green living lifestyle on a daily basis.
